In short, Natalie makes my life better.
— Mary B.

"Natalie is encouraging, knowledgeable and fun.  I love learning from her because she always takes the time to demonstrate proper form and explain which muscles are being used in each movement.  She also gives me strengthening exercises to help improve other areas of my lifelike how to compensate for injuries and arthritis, improve my balance for hiking and scrambling in the mountains, and deal with the physical effects of work stress.  In short, Natalie makes my life better."  — Mary B.

Her gentle encouragement is a great motivator.
— Marshall F.

"Natalie makes training fun, challenging and safe.  I started training with her at a time when rotator cuff issues had shut down my upper body workouts. Starting gently and emphasizing correct form, Natalie helped me to regain upper body strength while actually improving my shoulder mobility. She has an amazing repertoire of exercises, and she understands how to create fun challenges while avoiding injuries and plateaus. Her gentle encouragement is a great motivator, and I always look forward to working with her!" — Marshall F.

[Natalie’s] careful, respectful, and thoughtful approach makes her the ideal trainer for anyone who is, like myself, injured, gym-averse, or just plain weak.
— Ruby B.

"For the first six decades of my life, I was the last person you would ever expect to enter a gym. But I did so, with trepidation, after I had surgery for some serious injuries (including a torn rotator cuff and a broken knee), and found physical therapy both unpleasant and ineffective. A couple of years on, both of my shoulders and both kneesalong with the rest of my bodyare far stronger than they have ever been. I notice the benefits of training daily, when I work in the garden or lift a suitcase, and nightly, when I sleep better than I have in decades. Most of the credit for this transformation belongs to Natalie. Her careful, respectful, and thoughtful approach makes her the ideal trainer for anyone who is, like myself, injured, gym-averse, or just plain weak.

Equally important, for me, is her extraordinary knowledge of the bodynot just individual muscles, but the way they work together as an integrated whole. She is extremely observant, and has used her sharp eye not only to help me with specific exercises but to craft a personalized program over time. For such reasons, I have found training with Natalie an ideal complement to other kinds of body work. As an added bonus, she works in the calm and privacy of her personal studio, which is mercifully free of the noise, clutter, and intrusiveness of the average gym." — Ruby B.
