With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, Nat has worked with clients of all levels, from beginners to nationally ranked triathletes. She loves helping her clients achieve those small victories that make a huge difference in their lives. Her creative approach to wellness integrates nutrition, pain abatement, flexibility, cardiovascular health, functional training, and anything else her clients are interested in. She is patient, articulate, and compassionate.
Nat is a former collegiate athlete who still loves to play soccer whenever she gets the chance. A Gig Harbor native, she has called Seattle home for the past six years. She has worked in personal training studios all over the Puget Sound region, and she is excited to offer clients a positive, welcoming space at Seattle Movement Project.
