Seattle Movement Project is a private, welcoming studio in the heart of Seattle's Madrona neighborhood.  The space is bright, open, and uncluttered.  It features a versatile setup that can be customized to each individual.  It has none of the crowds or distractions of a typical gym, and no membership is required.
